These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made directly from ProClean through our website.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About ProClean

These Terms & Conditions apply to products purchased directly from ProClean through our website.

In these Terms & Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ProClean, and "you" and "your" refer to the consumer purchasing products from us.

2. Products

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Images are provided for illustrative purposes and there may be minor differences between images shown online and the product supplied.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to update product information where necessary.

3. ProClean Cleaning Chemical

Where ProClean cleaning chemical is purchased, the product will be supplied in a sealed container to maintain product integrity and for safety and handling purposes.

The chemical must be used, stored and handled in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, safety information and any guidance supplied with the product.

Customers must not use the chemical for any purpose other than its intended application and should follow all instructions relating to safe use, storage and handling.

Once the original safety seal on the chemical container has been broken, the product is considered opened and may not be eligible for return where the return is being requested because of a change of mind, subject to any applicable statutory rights and legal exceptions.

Customers should therefore check the product and ensure that it is the correct chemical for their intended use before breaking the seal.

Breaking the seal does not affect your statutory rights where the chemical is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

If the chemical container arrives damaged, leaking or with the seal already broken, please contact ProClean before using the product.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

We will send you an order confirmation once your order has been received. Your order will be accepted when we confirm that the products have been dispatched, unless we have notified you that we are unable to accept your order.

We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable.
• There has been an obvious error in the product description or price.
• We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

Where applicable, VAT is included in the displayed price.

Any delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. If an obvious pricing error is identified after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order.

6. Delivery

We will provide information about delivery options, estimated delivery times and delivery costs before you complete your purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days of the date the contract is entered into.

If a specific delivery date or period has been agreed with you, we will aim to deliver within that timeframe.

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide details of the damage. We may ask you to provide photographs to help us investigate the issue.

7. Your Right to Cancel

When you purchase goods from ProClean online as a consumer, you generally have a legal right to cancel your order without giving a reason.

You have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel.

If your order contains multiple products delivered separately, the cancellation period normally begins when you receive the final item.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Where ProClean cleaning chemical is being returned because you have changed your mind, the container should remain sealed and unopened. If the safety seal has been broken or the chemical has been opened or used, we may not be able to accept the product as a change-of-mind return where permitted by law.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Your statutory rights apply if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you believe there is a problem with your ProClean product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

9. ProClean Warranty

ProClean products are supplied with the warranty applicable to the product at the time of purchase.

Details of any applicable warranty will be provided with the product and/or on the relevant product page.

If a product develops a fault covered by the applicable warranty during the warranty period, please contact us with details of the issue.

We will assess the product and, where appropriate, arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

Any ProClean warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, your statutory consumer rights.

10. Use of ProClean Equipment and Chemical

ProClean equipment must be operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, safety information and guidance supplied with the product.

Customers should ensure that equipment is used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with any operating instructions provided.

Where ProClean cleaning chemical is supplied for use with ProClean equipment, customers must follow all instructions provided regarding the correct quantity, application, handling, storage and disposal of the chemical.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or failure to follow the supplied instructions, except where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

11. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and current.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or that all website content will be completely free from errors.

We reserve the right to amend, update or remove website content where necessary.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the ProClean website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product information and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ProClean unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use our website content without our prior written permission.

13. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to goods supplied by us.

Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was entered into.

14. Events Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include natural disasters, significant transport disruption, supply chain disruption, industrial disputes, government action or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where such an event affects your order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.

15. Privacy

Any personal information you provide when placing an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living in another part of the UK, you will also retain any mandatory rights and protections available to you under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
